LICENSE FOR USER USE OF VOLFORT SOFTWARE
This LICENSE for user use of Volfort SOFTWARE (“LICENSE”) is an agreement between Volfort Trading Software Development LTD, its managers, employees, shareholders and/or anyone on behalf of Volfort Trading Software Development LTD (“VOLFORT”), and any entity or individual that downloads, installs, or uses the SOFTWARE (“USER”).
By installing and using the SOFTWARE, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms of this LICENSE. If you do not agree to the terms of this LICENSE, do not install or use the SOFTWARE.
The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is not sold, and instead is only licensed for use, strictly in accordance with this document.
1. SOFTWARE Connection to VOLFORT servers and Data Feed Provider.
Use of this SOFTWARE requires Data Feed, VOLFORT will not be responsible for the correction of the information the USER receives from the Data Feed provider and/or the connection quality to the Data Feed as well as the connection to VOLFORT servers.
USER shall be solely responsible for the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all content that USER receives, transmits through, or stores via the SOFTWARE.
In no event will VOLFORT or the data feed providers be liable to the USER or any other party for any damages including but not limited to trading losses or damages that result from inconvenience, delay or connection lost to VOLFORT servers or the Data Feed.

3. USER Subscription:
Your monthly subscription will renew automatically each subscription period, unless you terminate it.
USER is not allowed to rent, lease, or license the VOLFORT SOFTWARE to another individual, entity or any other third party.
On the monthly subscription you can cancel/unsubscribe any time prior to your next monthly renewal date via your PayPal account.
If you wish to cancel by contacting VOLFORT you can also email our offices at sales@VOLFORT.com, you should do that at least 5 business days before your next monthly renewal.
Cancellations take effect as of your next billing date.
You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees for the renewal term to your credit card.
Whether you choose the month-by-month subscription or you choose to pay annually (full year subscription in advance) CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED UNTIL THE END OF THIS INITIAL PERIOD and we will not issue the user a refund.
The subscription payment is non-refundable, however, remaining portion of the payment can be credited towards a higher level subscription, if you decide to upgrade, such as from a monthly or annually subscription to the Lifetime subscription.
As previously stated, fees cannot be refunded or prorated.
4. GENERAL.
USER shall not make any kind of live screen sharing in any way including via the internet, without written permission from VOLFORT.
USER represents and warrants to VOLFORT that he is over the age of 18 and has the power and authority to enter into and perform CUSTOMER’s obligations under this LICENSE and that all information provided by the USER to VOLFORT is truthful, accurate, and complete.
USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTANDS IT AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH SOME OR ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE VOLFORT SOFTWARES.
